I recently purchased a DVD set from Urban Land Music which features your performance at a show in Newark. The video crew for this outfit did a horrible job filming your performance with camera angles that made no sense and during most of your performance the audio feed was cut out so you could only hear what the camera was picking up from the house speakers. I've seen your group several times and this company did no justice to the awesome show you guys put on every time. You should definitely complain to Urban Land about the shabby video work they did with your performance, especially since they are selling the DVD set on late night infomercials. Keep up the good work. I caught your last live act in Boston and you guys were tight all the way around. Kevin
i think the manhattens are a great group and here in tasmania they play records often
I just heard your song Kiss and say goodbye a couple of days ago and thought it was the best song ever. I'm just sorry I discovered what a great group The Manhattans are so late.

Amamamos the manhattans, voces influenciaram muito o povo e geracoes brasileira. Desculpe por nao escrever em ingles, mas prometo que em breve aprenderei. Tenho dois desejo, conhecer pessoalmente e ganhar um DVD do grupo. Um forte abraco meu e de minha familia. Rodinei/Laercia/Raphaela

Hi Gerald, Blue & guys, Blue if you recall, I talked to you sometime ago about the possibility of performing for an event in March here in Atlanta. The event "Portraits of Sweet Success Gala" sponsored by the Intergenerational Resource Center. We talked again when you came to Atlanta to perform at the 20 Grand. After speaking with you and Gerald I shared with the Director of the organization your availability. Based on updates at our recent planning meetings for the event there appeared to be no follow up with you and there has been no contract or confirmation with your group. I reviewed your scheduled here on your site and it appears that on March 21st you are not booked. That is the evening of the affair which will be held at the Hyatt Regency here in Atlanta. If your schedule permits and you are still willing to perform, please get me the necessary requirements so that I can share these with the Director, Ms. Brenda Sanford and get this ball rolling again. You know that you are my absolute favorite group and as usual I highly recommend you. By the way, Brenda Hubbard sends her regards and told me about the website. It's fabulous! Talk to you soon. Brenda P.S. Just in case you've forgotten exactly who I am, visit my website at www.atlanta-vwap.com/brenda_muhammad for a picture.

Winny: Oh my goodness, we so much enjoyed your performance at the BB King's! The Manhattans are as terrific as ever and I will always consider myself a part of the beginning when I watched rehersals upstairs on Monticello Avenue. I was a mere child at the time (smile). I love you much and will continue to keep you in my thoughts and my prayers. Cousin, Carolyn
Thank you for giving my son Malik the opportunity to perform with you at BB Kings on Friday February 27th. It was an honor meeting all of you and a blessing seeing how you treated my son. He was very happy and encouraged by the love you demonstrated on and off stage. I have enjoyed your music since I was a teenybopper in the 70's and I was happy to see you perform live and hear that your sound has not changed. It has gotten better. I pray God's blessings upon you all and thank you once again for the opportunity you gave Malik. He nor I will ever forget it.

Hello Gerald, Blue, and the rest of the group. You guys have always been one the most inspirational R&B groups of all time. I for one go back a long way with you guys as I have had the pleasure of seeing you guys in a lot of different venues. Gerald and I are from the same home town. I've been blessed with hearing him sing all of my life. I especially remember the talent shows at Henderson Institute. Those were fantastic shows. I am looking forward to seeing you guys on your California swing to Kimball's East. Keep up the good work! Mike
I met you guys back stage in Anniston, Alabama at the Entertainment Complex, and I thought that I was in Manhattan Heaven (smile). Since I was a young child, the Manhattan's has always been a favorite, and now that I am 39-years old, you are still high up on my list of entertainers. Keep up the good work, and may God continue to bless you with success.
